Blades don't feel smooth

Blades feel dull and cause irritation

Head shaver great I don't know about the 3d one
I ordered 1 and went to clean it and it fell apart
I sent pictures and asked for a replacement.
They sent me the wrong blade I have requested a new 3d blade but no answer.
I also sent pictures of it broken and requested on your site to talk to someone but it always says busy.

Good but not the best

I love the type C charging system. My only complaint is that the blades are hard to clean and fragile. I broke one right away.
